HUIT Journal of Science, p-ISSN 3030-4113 and e-ISSN 3030-413X, is an international double-blind peer-reviewed journal that publishes original high-quality research and review articles.
HUIT Journal of Science aims to promote principled approaches to research on all aspects of science globally. The Journal welcomes contributions in multiple disciplines, including Food Science and Technology, Bio-Environmental Technology, Chemistry Technology, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Technology, Economics and Management, and Social Sciences.
The submitted papers have not been earlier published in any other journal and are not being considered for publication elsewhere.
HUIT Journal of Science is committed to publishing seriously reviewed and high-quality papers that are accessible to researchers from a wide range of disciplines.
HUIT Journal of Science publishes articles continuously, accordingly, the Journal published articles when the final copy-edited version is approved by the Editor-in-Chief.
The Journal collates papers into archival volumes and issues. Each year, the Journal publishes electronic and print versions with one volume and six issues per volume every two months in February, April, June, August, October, and December. Each year, HUIT Journal of Science also publishes special issues focusing on specific areas within the scope of the Journal, with the aim of offering opportunities to shine a light on some of the current developments in the fields.
The language of our journal is Vietnamese and English.
HUIT Journal of Science, formerly known as Journal of Food Science and Technology, was established on 23 February 2013. From 6 March 2024, Journal of Food Science and Technology was changed to HUIT Journal of Science.
HUIT Journal of Science is owned and funded by Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade.
