Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off all the items below to confirm that their submissions comply with the stated requirements. Submissions that do not comply with these requirements may be returned to the authors.

  • Manuscripts submitted to the HUIT Journal of Science must be original research of the author(s) and must not have been previously published in any other journals or forms of publication.
  • The submission file must be in Microsoft Word format, with the manuscript uploaded as a .doc or .docx file.
  • Manuscripts must include the title of the paper, the full names of the author(s), their affiliations, and the corresponding author's email address. An abstract highlighting the main findings should be placed at the beginning of the paper (font size 10, not exceeding 10 lines). Manuscripts submitted in Vietnamese must provide an abstract and keywords in English at the end of the article. Conversely, manuscripts in English must include a Vietnamese abstract and keywords at the end.
  • Manuscripts must not exceed 12 pages for science, technology, and engineering fields, and 15 pages for economics and social sciences. The text should be formatted in Times New Roman (Unicode), font size 11, with the following page margins: top and bottom 1.7 cm, left 2.5 cm, and right 2.0 cm.
  • The manuscript's structure must include the article title, author name(s), affiliation(s), abstract, and references. The manuscript should present new research findings, new applications, or should outline the current status and development directions of the updated issue, as well as the potential for research, development, and application in Viet Nam.
  • The title should be concise and to the point. If the manuscript is divided into sections and subsections, they should be numbered: 1, 2; 1.1, 1.2, etc. Section and subsection titles should also be brief and free of punctuation marks. Use MathType software to display mathematical formulas and related parameters. All figures and images must be clear, accurate, and have appropriate captions.
  • At the end of the manuscript, the following information must be provided: full name, academic title, degree, affiliation, phone number, email, and contact address of the author(s).
  • References must be from verifiable sources and cited in IEEE style. The reference list must be arranged in the order of appearance in the manuscript and include the URL or DOI of each cited reference, where available.
